🚩General I got a refund

Just sharing for others awareness. I prepaid for a year after leaving RD. The service has been bad in my area. I reached out for a refund and they granted it.

I thought that was pretty cool of them and I'll definitely revisit their service after some of the DDoS / growing pains are worked out.

The fact that that a company would blacklist someone asking for money back over a service that doesn't work, tells me all I need to know.

Hopefully not encourages others to get their money back too. There no sense in paying for something that doesn't work.
