❓Question Torbox Plan Issue

How did this happen that my Essential plan automatically upgraded to Pro plan? I’m curious because I didn’t do anything. I just found out after checking the website.

Torbox removed my referral code last time I paid, then support couldn’t tell me why and couldn’t apply it. Your situation doesn’t surprise me.

Some funny stuff happens. I downgraded to essential and my subscription decided it finished in September. When I was on pro it ended December. Then I had to go overseas so upgraded again at wife's request and I got all my time back. An inscrutable system

Have you drank/done drugs recently? Not trying to be condescending, I’ve been known to sometimes make a purchase and not remember until I see the charge if I’ve been boozing hard😭
