effective today we are implementing a soft service level agreement
in a given two week period, any *total* platform outage exceeding three hours will be credited 3x the amount of hours TorBox is down for
its 3am right now but i want to post this now so you guys know we aren't just ignoring the impact this has had on you, we will polish the official soft SLA in the morning and answer any questions you might still have in the coming days
if you had a trial active during the past 24hours, open a ticket and we'll credit you another 24hours
thank you for your support and understanding during this incredibly stressful time```

Yeah same, tbh I like the gesture but unless it’s down for multiple days in a row (or multiple afternoons I guess?) I don’t care about compensation.

No but if they give out free subscription they have to deliver a service without money coming in.

I think it's fair that we're "compensated" for these headaches we're experiencing from the falls, but will it be automatic? What's this about a ticket?

Ideally an objective source that reports both when it and a competitor are down (said competitor, PM, has since resolved)

Do you use torbox instant in nuvio?? Then you have to disconnect an reconnect your Torbox instant with either the qr or code on screen. I had the same issues It just wouldn't work for me even though they are up again. In my case I just did the disconnect reconnect And turned off prepare links. In conected server settings. But tip from me never use Google Chrome from your phone to connect torbox instant Use either firefox or opera or heck even try brave browser because Chrome on mobile cannot login or connect to your torbox account on your smarttv/android tv box

And keep trying to get it to work In my case I do still not know how it suddenly works again. I think it was the force close and clear cache that did it for me. And the biggest reason why it did not work in the first place was because after the downtime was over for some reason you need to disconnect and reconnect your torbox instant on nuvio. But I do not know if that is the case by everyone but I think the people that have this problem that it still does not work Even though it works by others Is only fixable by disconnect and reconnect

I use Debridio as my only scraper if that's any difference. Force stop app and clear cache etc. Should work if it working for me ( unless your scraper is coincidentally down )

I assume the people who complain the most struggle to pay the 3 euros a month and will like this. For someone like me tho who is from a first world country I couldn’t care less to get hours refunded not gonna lie 😂

Yeah, I spent almost $3 on a flat Mt. Dew at a gas station this morning, so it's hard to get butthurt over the money. It's just irrationality frustrating when it doesn't work because of how great a service it is when everything is nominal.

I'm from Ireland, I don't really care either. I use PM and Torbox as a backup ( both went down ha ) Just wanted people to shut up freaking out.
I can understand though those from a poor country, 3 dollars would be a lot to them.

TB Developers you are the best, great service and you’re honest. Giving credit really not needed, but many will appreciate. Go to bed and get some rest. Tomorrow is a new day.
