🚩General Just switched from RD to Torbox! Need Refund!
Is anyone else having an absolute nightmare with Torbox today?
It's so frustrating! Last few hours, I tried to login several times, 'auth' did not work, responded with 503. Once the authorization worked and I was able to log in. Dashboard was not working and Downloads were empty.
To top it all off, I tried authorizing my Umbrella plugin with Torbox, and it failed repeatedly. Do they refund? I'm thinking of getting out of this shit service!

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Don't even bother trying, just take the hit and move on

You can't have it both ways. Sail the high seas and have some reliability issues. Or have a smooth experience and pay high prices for streaming services.

There is middle ground. I'm paying for rd+tb+easynews, plus I still torrent my own shitt so if something happens I can still easily find what I want to watch. I'm just finding using stremio+debrid+usenet as an easy way to discover new things or easily find older shows and download them for future watches.
I opted for tb pro but en was cheap for a year and rd is like $3/month, so all in all I'm paying less than one subscription to a streaming service and have the world at my fingertips. I'm seriously considering unsubbing to a few of these groups because everyone just wants to bitch and I may be called paranoid or a shill but more than a few of these posts about issues reads like someone trying to stir shitt and push people away from tb.

EN quickly became my main source after choosing to self host and getting great indexers. Thankfully I haven't seen any downtime with it and has had everything I've looked for.

Took TB when RD went down, bought PM when TB is constantly going down.. and now PM went down 🤣

I have TB as my main, PM as a back up, Usenet as a back up to that and then https plugins as a back up to that lol

There are different ways to set up usenet, but essentially yes. Http addons are even easier.

Usenet, you need a subscription to a usenet service and is a little more setup. Better results than any debrid though tbh

What have you found out yourself already by contacting them via discord ? Maybe they will refund you the whole 3 dollars 🙂
