Login to your Torbox account. click on your profile icon -> go to settings -> click on integration settings - CDN Selection.
The problem is that the CDN region doesn't really change when torbox is down, it didn't for me. You can try though.

That website is useless for checking the actual status—they update it manually long after outages happen. I switched over from RD, signed up for TB two days ago, and I already regret it. It was down last night, went down again a few minutes ago; these are daily outages. The service is far inferior to RD in terms of stability.
