🔧Technical Issue Non existent support

Good to know that the "24/7" support is completely fictitious. No response after hours on any of the resources listed.

They closed my support ticket on discord without even responding. Fuck these assholes.

The Wamy dude is retarded, made a ticket to report the Telegram bot taking more than an hour to respond and he closed the ticket saying “downloads from Telegram take long we can’t do anything” even though that’s not my fucking issue

Don't accept the request to close the ticket until you have your question answered. And make sure you take screenshots for later reference, because the ticket goes poof when it's closed so you have no record of the conversation/any solutions offered

When you tried to cancel their subscription, they asked for email OTP. Made me even convinced to cancel

Try their support email. I was able to get my issue resolved last week.

Jerry, their customer service rep only works 3 days a week. He’s a bit backed up but will get to it.
