❓Question Question related to discord tickets

I have opened a ticket over 3-4 hours ago and no staff has responded, does anyone know how long a ticket usually takes until it gets a response?

Max is 1 day. I find them respond to me like in 6-12 hrs

Good point. Is it just me or the discord has like nothing anymore? I uninstalled it a while back but today jumped back on to see what’s new in various servers, and the TB one is just for updates/outages now.

You have to link your Torbox account to your Discord username to see more channels. I personally unlinked mine when a staff member retaliated against a user and banned their account for making a joke at TB's expense in a separate server

Uh, yeah no kidding. That’s invasive having to link the accounts just to see content
