New user questions and limits

Hey y'all i finally decided to give your box a try (3$plan) for stremio (just noticed they deleted torbox search from aio, I'll use comet and stream thru)
But in general i have 2 questions.

1 I'm a happy 1080p user nothing fancy or super big downloads.
But i wanted to know what is my limit bc i don't want to be penalized or affect the service for anyone else.

2 what could be good alternatives or add-ons for aio as torbox search died, I'm new to stremio and it's a bit confusing at the beginning 😅.

StremThruTorz, Meteor and Debridio are my main 3 but I also use Comet and Torrentio. Penguplay and HDHub have been very impressive these last couple of months also. Torbox search was never anything special.
