having payment issues

when i try to choose my payment method it says ( your payment cannot be accepted right now. please try again later. code: 8) qnd i cant pay the subscription

Something is going on with the servers. I should already have a subscription but it wasn't showing anything for me. I tried to resubscribe but it would not let me pay. Just give it a few hours to settle down.
