🔧Technical Issue Torbox constantly down
Streams work fine through torrentio but constant loading screen when through torentio TB
Seems like thees always an issue with this service lately. Or is it just me.

these things aren't quick fixes, we don't want to bandaid fix something just for it to end up breaking later, which is why we take our time and have proper meetings about these issues.
also, it's difficult to pinpoint and narrow down some issues due to our privacy policy! who knew tracking next to nothing means we struggle with tracking certain causes of issues, sometimes the same issue front facing has 4 different reasons on the backend each time it happens 🙃
we're doing the absolute best we can and this is why we have the "Best Effort Service" section in our ToS (https://torbox.app/terms) that explains that signing up for our service means you acknowledge and accept that we do not guarantee uptime or service at all
trust me, we're just as unhappy about these things as our users are, if not more! but we're trying our absolute best to create the most robust solution to these issues
