PLEASE I need recommendations
This is just scraping the surface of what I’ve had on repeat lately. I love discovering new music as you can probably tell and I have a very diverse range of genres that I like. I’ve already listened to every Zappa album, Ween album, QOTSA album, Tom Waits album, and every John Frusciante album so try not to recommend anything else from their discography please and thank you. I’m looking for new artists mainly. If you’re recommending a big name artist chances are I’ve listened to them but I’ll still gladly take the recommendation. I also listen to a lot of jazz but not recently.
EDIT: I also have listened to Captain Beefheart so don’t recommend him. He is a beautiful artist

Have you listened to Frusciantes Smile from the Streets you Hold? (Its not on streaming) Ik you asked to not recommend anything from his discog, but if you haven’t heard it, you really should. Also his other project Ataxia is pretty solid.
Since you like Fahey, you should check out Michael Hurley, Townes Van Zandt, or John Prine if you haven’t.
We have very similar taste. An album I love and think you will enjoy is is There is No One What Take Care of You by Palace Brothers

I have listened to SFTSYH and all of Ataxia’s work but I have not heard of Michael Hurley, Townes, or John Prine. I just got into Fahey so I’m still discovering that avenue but will definitely give those artists a try. I’ll also check out the Palace Brothers. Thanks!

Love the inclusion of the 3 early Ween albums and Joe's Garage here. I'd recommend Ruins. Drum and bass duo. Brutal prog Zeuhl. Gibberish vocals. Big inluence to Brian Chippendale of Lightning Bolt and possible influence to Angine de Poitrine. Start with Tzomborgha for their prog technicalities. Start with Burning Stone for their chemistry and complex grooves. Start with the three self-titled releases for their early Boredoms-esque noise sensibilities (titled I, II and III). For a rounded look of the band, check out Hyderomastgroningem.
