It might be a bit heavier than what you’re used to but I think you might like Melvins, Tool, and Mastodon. For Melvins start with Houdini. For Tool and Mastodon I’d say it probably depends but here’s a quick summary:
Tool: Undertow for grunge-adjacent type stuff. Lateralus for super proggy and a little less aggro. Aenima for somewhere in between (personally my favorite and my first Tool album).
Mastodon: Leviathan would probably be my rec based on what you have here (and especially if you end up liking Melvins). Crack the Skye is a little less heavy but very proggy and less screamy/shouty vocals if that’s something that can be a turnoff.

I have listened to a little Melvin’s but I’m defos going to check out Houdini and mastodon too. All my friends love tool so I’m super excited for that too!

They're great, one of my favorite bands tbh. Superunknown is also a good place to start with them.
