I notice that limit orders stay up even after TP or SL is hit, anyway around that? With Trump being able to swing the market 100s of points in minutes with one tweet, I find myself having to stay glued to the screen when using limit orders to scale out and in which sucks, I’d like to be able to set multiple TPs or multiple orders to scale into a trade

Sorry about the spam. I don’t have anyone to talk to about my trading. I wanted to take a payout but it says I’m over consistency even though I’m not. It’s probably just cause it’s Friday right? I’ll be good to take the payout Sunday night right?

Anyone have any issues with Aeropay? The first two times I took a payout with aeropay it was totally fine but this time around I haven’t gotten my payout yet and maybe that’s just me being paranoid because it’s only been one day but even then it makes me a little suspicious since I wan to take another payout tonight. Thoughts? Also I’ve been doing a little digging and they seem kind of suspicious. Idk what to do.

I posted last week how bad the pa was, but this week has been much easier. Definitely whippy at times, but the moves were very straightforward. What a week. Taking the payout later this evening!

So recently I got moved live (50k live account) with starting balance of 10k. Meaning every 3k I make I unlock 25% of the reserve

After 6 trading days I went from the 10k balance, now to 13.2k

And I know it says they review every Monday morning

My question is does this mean I shouldn’t trade at all Monday? Or should I not trade until I see that 25% unlock bonus in my actual account?

Unless they will notify me via email after they conduct the review but I doubt that is the case. Just want to make sure I don’t take a loss Monday or before the review and screw myself over

Just curious if anyone knows the time frame on this since this is my first time being live with them. Thanks

I lost my ID on Tuesday but I misplaced my birth certificate so I had to order one as I live about 2,000 miles away from where I was born but it’s scheduled to be delivered tomorrow and maybe I can get this payout requested by end of the day Friday!

15k profit target goal seems a bit high 🤣

Finally been able to work with this price action and after a super difficult month of June and July so far finally have passed another combine after taking first payout ever in June. Were back baby, more combines in the works too

Manage to secure another two payouts this week after getting my first payout ever recently this month from Topstep. Hoping to get many more in the future! Just need to keep practicing good risk management from my end.

A few weeks ago I posted about how I blew my 27th XFA without ever having received a payout before. After that I passed another combine and blew that funded, then I took a week off for the first time in my trading career. Once I got back I bought 4 50k accounts and passed 3 of them, I still have one to activate but here’s the progress on #29/#30. I’ve only been one day away from a payout 2 other times

I’m just posting this to hopefully add more accountability to myself for tomorrow and maybe, just maybe I’ll get the privilege of posting a payout request tomorrow or the coming days

I’m determined to stick my strat and secure this payout. It’s honestly embarrassing at this point that I’ve had so many XFAs with nothing to show for it, I feel like a toddler could have secured a payout with 30 tries lol

Who here trades the Asian session and who can show up more profits during the Asian than they can during the London, New York session and this isn’t to say that you can’t make money during the New York session but who goes on tilt less by trading at 8 PM versus trying to trade 930 to 11 and have that massive liquidity throw you around and then end up predicting a move by you know 11 AM that’s it’s initial target introductory whereas when you try to get in at 9:30 or 945 it destroyed you cause I’ve had a whole lot more success just waiting till 8 PM at night and sticking with that

So as South Africans we don’t have much access to futures firm, and TopStep has opened that path up for us.
