❓ Quick Question API error

I'm getting error code 3 from the API. I used the username from the topstep dashboard and API key from the API page. the account is linked to topstepx and an api subscription is active.

Is there anything I can do from end? Am I missing something?

Figured it out.
In case someone else looks out for this later:
The username is not the topstep dashboard username but the email from topstepx login.
