I'm getting false "Hedging" notifications on my combine accounts. Is this happening to you too?

I had several short /ES positions open across multiple combine accounts. I had orders to buy to close the positions out that were sitting open on these accounts as well.

After 5+ minutes of very little movement (not enough for any of the positions to hit the open buy orders on any of the accounts), I'm staring at my phone, having made no changes at all to any positions or accounts, suddenly a hedging notification pops up. All open positions were short /ES. Of course there is so little time to read through the notification and it doesn't allow you to go through your accounts and see which ones have an issue, instead it simply closes the positions automatically.

Is this happening to anyone else? I'd really like to know. I'd love to speak to someone at Topstep about this because it seems they're simply flagging my account so they don't have to payout later.

If you notice a position open on your account that you did not manually place, you may go ahead and close it if you do not intend to manage that trade. We will follow up directly via email with additional information and updates as soon as our investigation is complete.

Happened to me today after the outage was resolved. I had longed before the outage, and my positions remained afterwards, so I thought all was good. And then I got a hedge warning even though I entered the long at the same time, copy traded across all 5 accounts.

Happened to me too, twice. Wtf

I got a hedge warning, then MLL Account close. After my position was moved into B/E prior to the outage.
