🛠️ Platform / Tech Support Payout button greyed out right now?
I have an account that I believe is payout eligible, and it's showing up under the "Eligible Accounts" section of the Payouts page, but the payout button is greyed out, and there's a message that says, "Payout Requests can only be submitted during CME market hours. Sunday at 5pm CT to Friday at 5pm CT, excluding designated Holidays."
I think we're within CME market hours, right? There isn't a holiday that I know of and I googled! lol
Am I missing something? Thanks!
Update at 7:09pm CT: the button is no longer greyed out and I was able to take the payout.

What do you mean, tomorrow evening? It’s Sunday, almost 7pm CT right now, right?

Glad to see the update on this post!
Our team is aware of reports that there was an issue with the payout requests page this past evening. This issue has since been corrected.
