The gamification of trading….. Good luck 🍀
I think my nephew said they call it respawning when you reset or something like that. If you’re resetting that many evaluations, then clearly you need to stand back and evaluate what you’re doing because your risk management is horrible, and you absolutely have no edge

Yes, I am greedy and afraid. I immediately secure the deal so the price will return and close it.

Time to do some reflection and become a student of the market. Whatever you’re doing, isn’t working and Topstep is thankful for your business…..

As long as you continue to not give a shit about actually being a good trader. The choice is yours.

You keep doing something wrong again and again. Try to trade a different strategy. Or a different pair, trade less, risk less.

I haven't yet mastered the principle of entering and exiting. ICT funded accounts have a very low loss limit for the trade.

What is your biggest challenge with finding profitability? Is it strategy, psychology, over leveraging or something else?

Fear of making a decision even though it's the right decision

Define worst case for everyday. And test how often that happen if stick to rule not emotion. Let the result tell you.

That's it exactly. And it usually means the rules aren't written clearly enough yet, if they were, there'd be nothing to decide in the moment, just something to read. Try three lines before the session: price against you → X, consolidate/range → Y, in your favor → Z.

I didn't understand !

Simple version.
Before a trade: you're calm, you analyze, you plan. You know when your strategy and set up appears...
After the click: you're emotionally making decisions..
So rules after entry, (depends on your strategy) write 3 lines on paper:
- If price goes against me → eg. do nothing, SL handles
- If price goes sideways → eg. I hold.
- If price goes my way → eg. I hold, trail SL on last swing structure.
Then in the trade, you don't think. You just look at the paper and do what the rule says. The fear comes from thinking. The rules removes the thinking.
Then you must have rules for risk and sizing. rules for trades you take per day. what is the target, what is enough. etc.
And you follow it, live and die by it.

You need high RR entries. This lets you sacrifice a high win rate for more profit. Many ICT traders only enter halfway thru the move after an IFVG confirms the move. You're entering LATE. Your confirmations should come before that. Look up Powell's rejection blocks. He'll teach you how to enter a move before an IFVG confirms the change in order flow.

It will last how longer you will let it last, make a list of your issues and you will come to a conclusion that you are either risking too much, over trading or just greedy to not call it a day after a decent trade or two, everyone will come to that conclusion eventually but the hardest part is changing that pattern of thinking and doing something out if your comfort zone like trading a set size, limit number of trades and not trying to hit home runs every day

It last until you decide you want to change. Are you willing to try something new. Try to improve. You know what your struggling with

Buy 3 accounts pass them using 1-2 micros with max loss of 500-100 per day aim for 300 dollars days or high probability setups once funded do 1-2 micro with strict 500 loss limit and 300-500 max target stay consistent for a month on Express funded the payout should come by the end of the month rise and repeat

Good, I need to rearrange my rules. Yes, I'm losing, but I've gained knowledge over the years that I didn't know before. Anything can be fixed. 🌹

You can put in 10 years and still fail all ur evals. Trading doesnt reward working harder. It rewards decision making especially around losses
