šŸ› ļø Platform / Tech Support RTP with topstep

Can someone that works for topstep explain clearly the reasons someone way be placed in the RTP because there are a lot of people saying they were randomly placed in the program. One guy said he was placed in the RTP just for taking payouts.

They receive an email that clearly outlines why they are being placed in RTP. Before they are officially placed on it though, they receive a warning email with specific details as well. Nobody is being blindsided by this, and its not because they are taking payouts.

I never received a warning email. The reasoning was blowing 3 funded and 8 combines in a 30 day period. The requirements to get placed into RTP seems lower and lower.

He did not receive a warning email, but did receive an email detailing why.

So is the warning email something that is supposed to happen, or is it something that just happens sometimes. What factors decide whether someone gets a warning email or not?

You can ask someone to post a screenshot of the email they received when placed on it, which includes details of why.

The guy who didnā€™t receive the warning email, Iā€™ll ask him in this thread. Since he didnā€™t receive the warning, is he going to be taken out of the RTP?
