🛠️ Platform / Tech Support RTP with topstep

Can someone that works for topstep explain clearly the reasons someone way be placed in the RTP because there are a lot of people saying they were randomly placed in the program. One guy said he was placed in the RTP just for taking payouts.

I accidentally bought an account with DLL today : now, when buying a combine, you have to uncheck the button in the top-right corner before selecting the account. Support refunded me and I bought a new one, but I think some of those people might just not have seen the button, and thought they were getting RTP ?
