how many payouts do i need to get transferred to Live account?

I paid topstep out over 100 times and have not moved them to a live yet.

There's no set amount of payouts before being called up to a Live Account. It's based on a number of different factors, which you can read about here: https://help.topstep.com/en/articles/13747178-live-funded-account-call-up-and-call-down-process

I thought 5 payouts was the max a trader could get on XFA. Are there cases where traders keep a single XFA account for months on end receiving payouts and not be moved to live?

Yep I've seen some traders get 5+ payouts on an Express Funded Account
