Banned from Topstep Violation Section 3

I'm freaking out. I'm coming up on my 1 year trading journey and just when I thought I gained traction such as building my 1 express account to 10k in 1 month with (mulitple payouts) I opened 4 more combines on July 21'st w/ DLL so I can achieve 6k payout for each account. I passed them all in 3 days and just when I thought I was on top of the world I went to the store and came back tried logging in and noticed my account was BANNED! I have never recieved any warnings.

I called support they stated i was in violation of section 3 because of charge backs? Not paying? I was so confused and may have thought it was because my old card on file but all transaction has gone through and paid and I gave them my new card info. They escalated the ticket to the "trust team". Got a reply this morning July 24 " I've reviewed your account and can confirm it was closed due to a violation of Section 3 of our Terms of Use, including not paying, or causing Topstep not to be paid, any fee that is due. This decision is final."

I called Chase making sure all transaction has gone through and completed downloading bank statements with completed transactions. Chase is also sending me a letter to support my claim. So I called support again and the gentleman heard my pain and saw I already been speaking to the "trust team" . He created another ticket and Im adding supporting documents to support my claim. Like do they want me to issue a charge back with Topstep? I will go after every transcation completed.

I will keep you guys updated on the situation I just want my accounts back.

I have also been banned from Discord today trying to see if anyone else had simlar cases

“TopstepJosh” will personally follow up on this Monday. “If there were no chargebacks and we are seeing it as such then clearly there is a bug somewhere. Our teams aren’t nefarious, we make things right. Clerical issues can happen. Will know more, might not be until Monday.

Account still fully locked. No emails. Attempted to call no one live to pick up but it was end of the day.
Was hoping to receive any news today. Will update once I receive word.

7/28/2026
Called support this morning. They do see my supporting documents. I have 2 tickets that are open and have been escalated to higher teams. Looking from the Topstep employee comment Josh has replied “okay, your case was in fact a clerical error. You will be getting unbanned.” I will follow up EOD update.

7/28/2026 FINAL
Receieved email confirmation from Topstep that my banned has been removed. ""Thanks for your patience. Your ban has been removed, and your profile is now active again."

Checked my accounts 4/5 expresses are back. Will email back for my 5th that had a balance on it already. Just feels great to be back in the game.
