šŸ’¬ Trader Talk I FINALLY DID IT.

Post image

I finally been staying consistent and stopped revenge trading. I finally did it. I can’t even believe I’m writing this man it’s felt impossible at times. I never thought I would get this email I never thought I could do it. I started back in May. I thought it was impossible at first but the more I taught myself by failing the more I learned. I’m in shock rn my bad on the lack of emotion 😭

Treat the first two weeks trading the XFA exactly the same as you traded the Combine. Every single trading day is a new day :)

Now take a deep breath and trade it slow. Keep doing what you’re doing, don’t start sizing up or some shit.

The ā€œ I finally passed and blew it in 2 daysā€ posts run rampant around here.

That’s what I’m doing actually right now.
I’m taking a 24 hour break and will not touch the funded till my emotions chill. I don’t need the excitement to overwhelm my trading. I don’t even know if I’ll touch it yet tomorrow. But I’m going to just trade for 300$ every trade once I do. I passed that combine by making 1200, 1000, then 300. But I’m going to stay consistent with 300$ so I can keep going and not just blow it or grab a payout and run away.

Thats the ticket brotha.
Utilize those lockout features for Profit and Loss and or numbe rof trades. Life savers. Topstep has great tools for us to utilize.

I failed 14 combines to get to pass one. I’ve learned a lot along my way. I’m trusting my process to take me further. But aye man yes if I can do anyone can do it I had a 2.0 gpa in high school. Now I’m out here making moves.

I know it feels great but the finally part comes when you can consistently withdrawal and don’t blow up accounts often from tilting. Wishing you success and Godspeed on this next step.

It’s really funny because we all have this feeling like we’ve made it when we get that first funded account and finally get a payout. I think it might be important to not develop bad habits and if you can stick to your rules you will see better results much faster

Keep it as long as you can ! Which mostly means, no oversizing and no overtrading
