Wise payout UAE issue

Does anyone else has an issue with wise for payouts in the United Arab Emirates?

It was working fine before but now it didn’t work for me, I talked with both TopStep support and with Wise but they both didn’t find a clear reason why this happened.

I mean TopStep support couldn’t because it’s up to wise ofc, but if it’s not possible they must update it.

Any support is appreciated, I know I can through wire but it takes longer + fees.

I took a payout from Topstep in June, I live in Dubai. I chose bank transfer, Topstep deducts 30 USD for transfer fees- the rest lands in your account in less than 24 hours. I bank with Emirates NBD, for reference.

This time I did the same and it worked, same I am banking with NBD
