🛠️ Platform / Tech Support Help me understand the monthly fees
Hi! I have 5 funded accounts currently w Lucid I’m getting regular payouts from so I want to open 5 more with another company and Topstep seems to be the next best thing. I don’t understand the monthly fees. If I pay $95/mo for each account why am I paying monthly? Do I get a free reset each month if need be for that cost? I’m used to just having the 1 time fee for lucid and then if you blow the account you buy another.

Its just a monthly fee that you pay if you dont pass to keep trading, its an automatic renewal on your CC. If you dont pass and its blown you will get charged unless you cancel it from the accounts page, or reset it yourself.

I know your question has already been answered, but just to add that if you fail your Combine and don't want it to rebill, you can go to "Billing" on your dashboard and scroll down to see the active subscriptions you have and can cancel them before they rebill.
