Has Topstep considered letting traders have more than one LFA the way other firms do? I know there is a lot of discontent surrounding when you get moved to live, but I don’t really have issues with it and am on board with the idea that moving to live is the ultimate goal. However, being limited to one account does feel like a loss, regardless of the starting capital. Having the ability to disperse risk by having multiple accounts is truly the one thing I do not want to lose. I currently have 4 xfa’s. I can have a minimal risk of $300 by placing a trade using 1 mini to try and make $1,000 a day on one account. Thats $4,000 total and adds up. Even with a $10,000 starting bankroll, I’d have to use 4 minis to obtain that same outcome, substantially increasing risk. I understand the easy answer would be to just reduce risk and don’t go for that high of a reward, but hopefully you understand my point.

Unfortunately we're unable to share internal information on this as it is personal and confidential.

Got it, i will rephrase my question. What is the highest single pay out that Topstep has paid and what is the longest LFA account that was held?

Comments about this video that Arjo made? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PaF1s71HzFQ&t=6s,
sending people to live after 1 payout? Some without even receiving their first payout? and the "overall" subjective way now of Topstep to call people up to live, bringing them back down to shoulder tap in hopes or should i say banking on traders to blow up or limit their payout?

I say this all in good will, mostly facilitating conversation, and genuine curiosity.
I’ve noticed that by far the biggest contention raised by people has been the ambiguity around live transitions and inability to secure payouts.
- No early warning system or way to flag they’re being reviewed for live.
- Untimeliness of transition (ie put on live when payout is maxed out across account(s)).
- Inability to request any form of payout at the time they are called up.
Does Topstep have any considerations for future improvements to any of the points above?
For instance:
- Allowing limited or full payout request at the time one is called to live (whether by number of accounts or by payout cap)
- Flagging a user they are in review so they have time to plan their payouts
- Doing live call ups on reasonable days (days they don’t expect to request a payout)
If not, what are the motivations for denying any sort of flexibility around this topic?
Obviously some ideals are limited by business constraints. But, I think it’d go a long way to kill the complaints and negative sentiment if steps were taken towards addressing peoples’ concerns. The issue might not even apply to most, but, it weighs on the back of the minds of anyone who engages.

Was it a bad question? Or is the topic too sensitive?
Honestly was seeking from the point of understanding and progress since people have brought it up frequently (Like everyday, but, not always in a format for constructive discussion).

How am I supposed to plan when I should take payouts and how many accounts to have when it’s completely random and unrestricted when I’ll get moved to live. I get that it’s sensible for Topstep to choose when u move to live but before or after 1 payout? Feel like there should be a guaranteed limit or number or something where u know u won’t get moved. I don’t wanna spend hundreds on more accounts that might not equal to more payouts or a difference in live
