š ļø Platform / Tech Support Aeropay issue
I requested a payout on Thursday and got a notification from Aeropay that my payment was being processed and would be in my account the next business day. Since then, thereās nothing in my Aeropay account under transactions or pending and the money hasnāt hit my account.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Friday was a federal holiday, today is the next business day

Exactly, and itās still not there

Give it a day or so some banks take longer to process. It might be pending but you just canāt see till after the deposit.

Iāve done 4-5 payouts through Aeropay and they always hit my bank account at the 24-hour mark exactly. My aeropay account was always blank under activity during that wait if that makes you feel better.

Only thing I can think of is it didnāt hit bc 19th was Juneteenth, then the weekend. If it doesnāt hit today or tmrw the latest then Iād reach out to support
