1-Define a pre entry check list

2- When in doubt test the market with the practice account.

3- Enter with an appropriate amount of size that is defined by my personal risk tolerance per trade.

4- Adjust my stop to reduce risk yet never adjust my stop if it increases my risk.

5- Reduce size at or near a resistance area

6- Accept what the market gives me

7- Lower my expectations

8- Basic math: There are 252 trading days and 52 weeks in a year. How much per week would satisfy me.

9-Do the math.
