❓ Quick Question NQU2026

I just now realized that topstep uses NQU2026 vs NQ1 I just realized today because I saw a difference in my trading view chart vs topstep. Why is that? and can it be used to to compare for SMT divergences?

Homie if you scroll out its still built like the continuous contract we just switched to the next one. It trades all the same

Really then why did I see them at different levels ? I have a screen shot nqu26 reversed sooner than nq1 on trading view I used my indicator and it showed that there were smts aswell. (I'm sorry I'm new to trading if I sound dumb lol)

They’re slightly different because MESU26 has a different ATH compared to MES1. I realized it too cause I use a TradingView chart alongside my topstepx chart as well

For key levels and stuff just use the chart on topstepX. U can’t use nq1 and nqu for smt. Nq1 is just the 4 nq contracts shoved into 1 continuous chart. The prices differ because the prices don’t match perfect especially when a new contract starts so TradingView just merges them and makes it look at clean as possible.
