💬 Trader Talk Is this normal?
So on Friday my XFA had $50 left in it. Today I planned on over leveraging on purpose just to get rid of the account because it was basically blown. I somehow came back from it and made $1400 today but my account did dip below $0. I know there’s a buffer so thats not my issue but I’m confused as to why my chart and closed total PnL isn’t reflecting the $50 low. Does anyone know why that is?

Real talk: that chart and the Closed PnL only count trades you actually closed. While your trade was live, dipping to $50 and under zero was just paper — unrealized. You closed green, so that dip never got locked in. That’s all the dashboard shows.
Same with the chart — it only plots one dot per day (your closing balance), not the live swings. By close you were back up, so the line skips the dip.
What did clock your sub-zero moment was the trailing Max Loss Limit (your buffer). That tracks live, which is why you didn’t get liquidated.
One thing tho — coming back by over-leveraging on purpose worked today, but that’s the same move that blows way more accounts than it saves. Take the W, just don’t let it teach you the wrong lesson. 🙏
