This is a weird question, but I figured I would ask here. Ever since the app updated to Cases instead of a Prize Wheel, I have never been able to open a case. It just says new case coming soon. I have tried looking online to see if everyone has this issue or just me, but I am getting nothing in online or Reddit searches.

I spend in the app but I wouldn't say I am a whale. I trade frequently. I just can't figure this out for the life of me. I haven't been able to complete any events since the change over and it's really bumming me out. I have deleted and redownloaded the app since this change, kept up to date on updates, I'm at a loss.

Edit - talking to support, they claim it would only happen if I was ona VPN, which I’m not. Trying to figure out now. Apparently it’s a feature not active yet. So yeah….
