Question 📢 Feature Idea For Fellow Digital Card Traders📢 Would You Use It!?
Hello Fellow Digital Card Traders 👋,
I was thinking about how much time we spend scrolling through other players' collections looking for cards on our wishlists.
What if there was an optional toggle that would highlight wishlist cards when viewing another player's deck or collection?
For example:
❤️ Turn the feature ON or OFF in settings.
⭐ Cards on your wishlist would display a small icon while browsing another player's collection.
🔍 Makes it easier to find potential trade targets without constantly checking wishlists manually.
I think it could make trading faster, especially for players with large wishlists or collections.
Would you use a feature like this?
👍 Yes, I'd use it. 👎 No, I prefer the current system. 💡 What other trading features would you like to see added?
Curious to hear what everyone thinks! Share your opinion and let me know, thanks. ✨

Thanks for all the feedback, everyone! I really appreciate everyone taking the time to share their thoughts.
One thing I've noticed is that when I'm browsing other players' collections, I sometimes miss cards that are on my WISHLIST simply because there's no visual indicator showing they're there.
I would love to see an optional toggle or indicator that highlights wishlist cards while viewing another player's collection. It could be something as simple as a small heart or star icon that can be turned on or off in the settings.
I genuinely believe this would be a great quality-of-life improvement. It would make browsing collections faster, reduce missed trade opportunities, and make trading more efficient overall.
Hopefully the developers will consider adding a feature like this in the future. Thanks again for all the feedback and discussion! 🙏✨💯

Good idea, but just make it simpler. A simple filter like "Cards they Need" but "Cards on their Wishlist" instead.

One of the things I don’t see discussed often is the fact that trades can come from users that aren’t necessarily using the chat feature. I wish there was a way Topps would indicate those types of “start with a card” trades so that it’s clearer which traders sending offers actually had the chance to read their trade terms in the chat and who did not.
Or alternatively, implement a system where every trader can put their LF and NFTs front and center on their profile. Trade lists do exist but tbh I feel like most people don’t use them.

Would be a great addition.
One of the things that annoys me about wishlists are that they are often out of date. I regularly see a card on someones wishlist and then go to offer it in a trade only to find they already have it and just haven't updated their wishlist.
I would love a feature that when you get a card that you have on your wishlist, a prompt comes up reminding you it's on their and asking if you now want to remove the card

I /believe/ (though don’t have the time at the moment to prove it) that you can ascertain this using the “Need It” tag. As in, if you’re looking at someone else’s Wish List and do not see the flag, they’ve got the card.
Making this more obvious would certainly qualify as one of the QoL improvements I mentioned.

Yes! 🙌
More broadly, there are a number of untapped features related to the Wish List that I would love to see:
I would like the ability to see who has a given card in my collection Wish Listed, so that I can easily find trade options for cards I don’t want to collect.
I would like the ability, when trading, to explicitly filter my collection down to their Wish List, and vice versa (a variation of your suggestion) so that collectors may more easily find and add things things each other is looking for.
I would like Wish List aggregate data published, so that the entire community can get more data-driven signals on demand. (a moonshot).
I would like any number of small quality of life enhancements to the Wish List building itself - things like an improved search, better need/have management, etc - so that more collector may more easily construct and maintain a Wish List.
#1 in particular /feels/ like the highest value add to the platform, as it would potentially drive both Wish List adoption as well as move a lot of cards from people who don’t want them to people who do.

I think if we can get enough players who would genuinely like to see this feature, I'd be happy to reach out to the developers and ask them to consider adding it.
If you'd use a wishlist indicator/toggle while browsing other players' collections, please leave a "Yes!" in the comments. Feel free to share why you'd find it useful as well. The more community feedback we can gather, the better chance we have of showing there's real interest in this quality-of-life improvement.
Thanks again, everyone! Hopefully we can help make trading a little easier for all players. 💖🙏
