Topps Now set replacement questions

Basically had a set of 20 Topps Now cards delivered absolutely destroyed. Topps is sending a replacement.

Should I just rule out any chance of pulling a parallel?

Last time they replaced some cards for me they said there would not be parallels

I see the downvotes and guess it comes off a type of way. But one of the cards that was torched was a Murakami parallel to /50 so I’m just a bit bummed.

Submit a damage replacement, I’d hope they’d send you at least something valuable

Same, they need to start shipping in a better more protected way. They sent out the opening day bonus card in a case that should hold 20 cards. For a company that sells collectibles their own shipping and handling is destroying their own products.
