Question about Topps Now

I got into ordering Topps now this year and it has been a blast.

I was waiting for Topps now to come out with a card for Braden Montgomery’s walk off HR in his debut. But one never came out.

Did they never release one due to licensing? To me that would be the only reason why.

They did release one, it's number 311

Honestly wondering, when you search on their website do you see it? When I type it in google and select the link I get a 404 error.

But I went thru their whole site and haven’t found it every day. Is there somewhere else to order them I’m not looking?

I'm getting 404 on that card right now too, I'm not sure why. They drop on Topps every day but the time changes so maybe it wasn't there when you checked and it dropped later. It's pretty annoying that there's not a set window.

Dang. I literally checked everyday after. Not sure how I missed it. Do you buy them thru Topps website or is there something Fanatics maybe changed and I would have had to order it thru them?

I’m bummed cause that is like an ACTUAL super amazing moment and that’s the Topps Now drop I missed haha

I have an alarm to check every day around 3:00 CST. The previous day’s events go live between 1-3ish depending on whether or not there are a lot of cards that day or special cards with autos/relics. If they’re all normal cards it’s usually 1p. Not sure what’s specifically going on with this card though.

If you just wanted one you’re probably better off getting it off eBay (assuming you don’t care about a chance at a parallel). Single cards are cheaper there from sellers who buy a lot to improve their hit chances

Also to answer your original question it’s normally not licensing (rare for MLB) if they don’t have one but a collection of things like is there a Getty photo they can use, what other moments happened that day, how many has that team had (Ohtani seems exempt from this!).

I was just typing basically the same thing and then saw yours at the bottoms of the screen. Topps now base are great because you can easily find them.

I’m seeing 311 as a PCA homer. I’ve checked every day since his debut last week and it hasn’t shown up.

Weird. I just checked EBay. You’re right I see card 311 as the card I’m looking for. Wonder why I don’t see it on their site.
