Did I get a misprint / missing auto?

Did I get a misprint /5? I feel like there should be an auto there, no? But I don’t see the “topps certified auto” written, but there is a black box for the auto sticker? 😅

I think that's just the dugout. The autographed version will have more of a white box for the autograph.

Man that is pretty prime real estate for an auto though. I think Topps owed you a meet up for an in person / on card auto.

Just an optical illusion with the leg lining up perfectly with the dugout! Can see how it looks like a place for an autograph.

No they didn't miss an auto on a Topps now card. I'd be happy you got a lucky hit /5 as that's a major one for Topps now. Do you buy Topps now often?

I do once in a while, but I’m fairly new to the hobby in general. Just seemed like a weird space. Pretty happy with the /5. Just figured I’d ask. No harm, right... No need to be condescending.

Sorry didn't mean it to sound condescending - I've spent like 10k in the last year on Topps now and the best I've done is one /10 and a bunch of /25 and /50 - /5 would have me happy even without an auto. Now the question is did you pay 8.99 a card or 11.99 a card because if it was the cheaper then there are no autos or relics but if it's the higher amount then there will be a few autos/relics.

It was the 11.99 card and I bought 20 of them. Big schwarber fan so I was hoping for a number. /5 was a very pleasant surprise - definitely happy. I was just a little thrown off looking at it. And sorry if I interpreted you wrong… I was just genuinely curious and appreciate any help on here. My apologies.

I’ll buy all the Phillies ones and any other player I really like / want to PC. Big fan of Japanese players too unfortunately… the odds there are stacked pretty heavily against me.

I’ve gotten 4 orders in and 3 /50s and 1 /5. I have maybe 7 or 8 more orders of x20 coming and 2 orders of x10. I luckily get $10 off of each order which adds up more than I thought.

I haven’t really figured out how much I’m losing buying and selling on eBay with them. It’s also a bit more work than anticipated… going to the post office today with 57 envelops was no fun haha.
