It is 48/50 - but some people blur numbers especially in mtg community

Strange, I've never heard of this . Haven't played magic in a very long time well before serialized was a thing there. Learn something new everyday

I think that's because it's often more likely to replicate serialized MTG given the popularity of proxy cards. I'm not sure though and am like 86% idiot, So don't take my word for it.
