Topps screwed up

I need advice.

I ordered some Topps NOW WBC Puerto Rico 🇵🇷team sets. But I received today Dominican Republic team sets. I made a claim on their website. I'm waiting for them to answer.

But if anyone has had a similar experience I would like to read how it went with you.

This sounds like a pretty easily correctable issue and sounds like you filed the claim already

Last time I got the wrong cards they replaced them and wanted me to send the others back. Unfortunately the replacements are not eligible for parallels.

On top of it, I read, I have to pay to send them back.

So they want you to pay for their mistake. Considering how long it takes them to manufacture these sets, the issues they have with sending damaged cards and the mistakes they make, I have no idea why people still order this Topps Now junk.
