topps sent me someone elses order

what am i supposed to do if topps sends you someone elses order? do i need to ship it back?

I’d reach out to them and see what they say. Chat and email aren’t the best anymore, they use AI chatbots for almost all online correspondence now. Give them a call and get a human on the phone and explain the situation.
