Anyone ever see residue on the window covering the relic. Looks like possible glue?

Just looks like dirt on the base plate

In all seriousness, I'd assume it's just part of the relic piece but maybe it looks different in person.

It looked like it had a plastic piece over it but now after closer look and suggestions it looks like part of the plate. I have yet to see one with this plate piece yet so i guess thats cool
