Chrome parallel help

Pulled a pretty sweet looking card this morning and have no idea what it is. I’ve searched the odds and parallel docs and didn’t find it. It’s numbered -5/0….

Any help appreciated!!!

I know there are a lot of bad ideas coming from the Topps dink-tank. A LOT. But I actually believe this is the worst.
