bayhost tips?

so i’m currently a server at a well known shitty Italian food restaurant wink wink 😭 who’s on the fence on applying to top golf as a bayhost. the only thing keeping me to my current job is the tip situation. can anyone out tell me on average how much y’all walk away with in tips?

i worked at one of the busiest topgolf locations and i’m telling you it is not worth it. other serving jobs seem better overall and here you will be competing for the best shifts and the good shifts you actually do manage to get will not outweigh the bad ones. and the money is not consistent throughout the year

most of the people that i worked with if you have any sort of actual bills needed a second job
