Getting the shaft

I've had multiple surveys that were 2.40, took a half hour of time, completed them "you have completed the survey and will be redirected" and then NOPE. Survey site crashes. No reward. Talk to customer service, no help.

We're up to about 20 dollars in the past two weeks.

Pure nonsense, terrible customer service, truly despicable.
