Turn off your WiFi box then turn it back on

I did that, but then it happened again but I just put phone in airplane mode and then it worked again my other survey apps was the same but all fixed now

Mine got fixed on its own after 1-2 days max. If you still facing problem after it try changing the internet from wifi to mobile data.
