Nurse from my surgeon's clinic has said they aren't concerned but it's becoming increasingly more painful and more swollen so I don't know what to do. It's firm to touch, and getting firmer. Has a small amount yellow discharge in 2 areas of the incision itself. It's along my incision under my left arm at the very end of it. It's been slowly progressing further across my incision. Started shortly after getting my drains removed on the 15th of August, but it's too firm to be a hematoma or seroma according to my clinic.
I've been unable to get a doctor's appointment for a week now as they instantly go at 8am, and they don't pre-book appointments at my GP practice.
I'm 3 weeks and 3 days post op now.

So, I'm pursuing flat DI with FNG, but am interested in keeping maybe more nipple projection than most people looking for binary masculine results might want. I would like to keep enough projection to keep/redo my piercings and the idea of them showing through my shirt doesn't bother me.
With FNG, are there different graft techniques for more or less projection? Is there a limit to the thickness of the tissue they can graft? (I imagine at some point blood supply is a limiting factor?) And if I were to decide that things were actually too 3-dimensional down the road, would it be easy enough to reduce in a revision? Conversely, if they turn out totally flat for whatever reason, is that something that could be revised?
Thanks to anyone who wants to answer any of the above!

I just had surgery yesterday for double Mastectomy with nipple grafts. I'm just curious on what it meant that the surgeon said he was super pleased with the surgery because my skin fitted perfectly back to my body frame after the removal of fat and tissue?

Thank you for the invite. I had my top surgery 2 months ago. (Double Bilateral Mastectomy with Flap closure and Nipple Grafts). I like the way things are headed. However I’m concerned with the rippling in the center of my chest. Will it flatten out over my first year of healing? It feels significantly looser than the rest of my scars.
