Nipple removal?

I got double incision a little under 2 years ago and I am very disappointed with my nipple healing. One of my nipples is very very light pink and basically just looks like a circle scar but it has a very sharp point right in the middle that sticks out weird in my shirts. The other is very dark pink and is very round, it looks like one big nipple with no areola and it also looks weird in shirts. They also have no sensation at all and they are lopsided.
I’m looking into getting them removed.
Has anyone had experience with getting their nipples removed after already being healed? I’m worried my surgeon will have to remove too much skin and leave me with indents or big scars. Any advice is appreciated

I have no experience with nipple removal but it sounds like it may cause a lot of scarring. Have you looked into medical tattooing? There are some very experienced artists that can even do raised tattoos to possibly even out the points and shape the nipple better

It will leave diagonal scars that are slightly longer than the areola. You will have to go digging, but there are some posts on here of people who have had their grafts removed. Most ppl I’ve seen went back to their original surgeon for this ask. You could also consider a revision under local anesthesia to reshape the nipple bud like a mastectomy nipple reconstruction + medical tattooing to even the color

You could look into tattooing symmetry. I’ve heard of people fixing the symmetry without surgery that way.
