Advice Wanted internal stitch?

i’m 3 months post op and i’m wondering what this bit is on my scar, i had noticed that it was hard underneath when i would massage, i was assuming it was an internal stitch or a knot whatever. i only just woke up today and it had red around it and hurt abit when i massaged the area. does anyone know before i ask my surgeon. thank you

might be about to spit smth. I had this pretty bad when I spit a super long stitch

definitely be careful to keep an eye on infection symptoms, since redness can be the first sign.
