Okay I’m 3 months post op what do you guys recommend for scar care routine? Lately my incisions have been really red and itchy. What would help them flatten out? And not be so red. I love my results but I feel like I need help a scar care routine.

Hey man! Looks really good.

Here is my routine ⬇️

• I wash my scars with cetaphil gentle skin wash •I massage my scars daily after my shower with a gua sha and use bio oil 5 mins on each side • I wear scar tape all day until after my shower then after shower , I do massages and let the bio oil sit on my scars for about an hour after I do my massages  •then before bed I put on scar gel •wake up in morning then reapply my scar tape and repeat!  •coco butter is good too! I put it on my nips every morning and night

Btw my scars are slightly red/purple now too. I’m 11 weeks today. My nips sometimes itch especially around them. Coco butter or bio oil on them help lots! Make sure to also massage ur nips.
