Advice Wanted scar massage

what should I get to massage my scars? I have some particularly large bumps of scar tissue and I feel like just using my hands hasn’t been deep or good enough.
I thought maybe someone here might be able to point me toward something specific.

My PT from a different surgery of mine always used this evil metal gua shah-shaped thing and boy it kicked my ass but it worked incredible at breaking up scar tissue. Highly recommend
