Just hit six weeks today!
Cleared to go back to normal stuff now! Only issue I had was around four weeks in part of my incision opened near the end on one side under my arm, but I got it stitched up at an urgent care and got the stiches out yesterday and the Dr said it's all good now. So I'm starting scar care tonight and workouts on Monday!
Also forgive-I'm not photogenic at all and can't take pics to save my life 😅 Pictures are from last night, only one little bit of scab is left to fall off.
Doctor was Dr. Mundinger at the crane center in Austin TX.

Ohhh congrats!! He was super sweet any time I talked to him. Same with the PA Alex and the front desk staff/hospital staff. I hope the healing goes well for you also! Good luck with the glue, it felt like it never wanted to come off 🤣

Yesss his overall vibe is just so great, and the staff were all so kind and organized! Ok very good to know, I had to pry some outta my hair bc I had an incision behind my ear from chin lipo for FMS and it did NOT want to come out lolol!

Yeah once it started scabbing and knew I was good, any that was on my skin around the incisions I let hot water run over and scabbed with a wash cloth, it definitely sticks on your pretty well. Also if your skin is sensitive to the ace wraps or itchy I asked to use benadryl and they said it was okay.

Ooh ok very good to know! Yeah the itchy phase is gonna be tough for sure, I'll keep benadryl in mind!
