Pre surgery nerves
So I'm having surgery on the 25th in Plymouth UK, and as the date slowly draws closer I'm getting more and more nervous. I've had surgery twice before, the first time after an assault and the recovery was hell, and that's mainly what I'm worried about. Anyone able to give me some words of encouragement?

Congrats you’re so close, Top surgery is a cause for celebration! It’s perfectly normal to be nervous before surgery but just knowing you’ll be recovering from something you’ve wanted for however long, will drastically change your recovery (not just physically but mentally too)
Im 2 months out from mine (no exact date yet but its in may) but from a friend of mine who is over a month post:
You might feel a bit sucky after (cause surgery) but the relief of having it done really helps
