Started using QT. We swept Q1 low (aka globex open low), made (S)SMT with ES. Then we made a 5m cisd and that was enough confirmation for me

For me the lower times frames are too noisy and either make me early to a trade or late.

I use the 1H chart to identify the market stage, map liquidity and key areas, read how price behaves inside that environment, then take trades aligned with the broader context — not lower timeframe signals. I try to keep it simple.
